The Senior Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in strengthening the sales operations of the Domestic Plastics division. This position goes beyond coordination and involves ownership of key processes, mentoring junior coordinators, driving efficiency, and acting as a bridge between sales, production, logistics, and customers to ensure seamless execution and growth.
Job Deliverables – Senior Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Relationship Management
- Act as a primary point of contact for key and high-value customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Proactively handle escalations, complaints, and complex queries with effective resolution.
2. Order Management & Execution
- Oversee end-to-end order lifecycle – from order entry to final delivery.
- Ensure timely processing, dispatch, and delivery of orders.
- Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to avoid delays and bottlenecks.
- Monitor order status and provide real-time updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
3. Sales Team Leadership & Support
- Provide guidance and support to junior sales coordinators.
- Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, pricing, and client communication.
- Manage and optimize sales schedules, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Act as a second-line support for the sales team in their absence.
4. Data Management & Documentation
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of all sales data in CRM/ERP systems.
- Maintain and review contracts, quotations, and order documentation.
- Standardize processes and documentation for improved efficiency.
5. Sales Reporting & Business Insights
- Generate advanced sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts.
- Analyze trends, customer behavior, and sales performance.
- Provide actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making.
6. Inventory & Coordination Management
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Identify potential stock shortages or excess and take proactive action.
- Improve coordination between departments for smooth workflow and faster turnaround time.
7. Process Improvement & Efficiency
- Identify gaps in existing processes and implement process improvements.
- Drive automation, system enhancements, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.

Skills / Experience / Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
- 3–6+ years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in manufacturing or plastics industry
- Strong leadership and team-handling ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / ERP / CRM tools
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
