Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer with 1.5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building scalable APIs and backend services using Node.js. Experience with AWS is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js.
- Design and build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Work with databases such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications on AWS.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and cross-functional teams.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.
Required Skills
- 1.5+ years of professional experience with Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with Express.js or similar backend frameworks.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and authentication mechanisms.
- Experience with Git and version control.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (mandatory) such as EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, or RDS.
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Docker or containerization.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture is a plus.
