Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support
Assist sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
Coordinate with senior sales leaders (VP, National Heads) for updates and requirements
Maintain accurate sales records in CRM (Zoho or other systems)
2. Client Coordination
Handle client inquiries, calls, and follow-ups
Ensure timely response to customer queries
Coordinate for demos, installations, and service support
3. Order Processing
Process orders and ensure smooth execution with operations team
Track dispatch, delivery, and installation status of GPS/IoT devices
Ensure proper documentation (PO, invoices, agreements)
4. MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Track sales targets vs achievements
Maintain pipeline and lead status reports
5. Internal Coordination
Work closely with:
Operations team (device installation & service)
Accounts team (billing & payments)
Technical team (product support)
6. Payment Follow-up
Coordinate with clients for payment collection
Share payment updates with accounts team
Required Skills
Strong communication & coordination skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel & CRM tools (preferably Zoho CRM)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Basic understanding of sales process and documentation
Problem-solving and follow-up mindset
Preferred Experience
3–4 years in sales coordination / back-office sales
Experience in GPS tracking / IoT / SaaS / Telecom industry is a plus
Qualification
Graduate (BBA / B.Com / MBA preferred)
