Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding loan products and financial services.
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and required documentation.
- Generate leads and assist customers in the loan application process.
- Conduct follow-ups with interested customers.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer data.
- Achieve daily calling targets and conversion goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in loan / banking telecalling process.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong convincing and customer handling skills.
Salary: Fixed salary up to ₹9,000 + Attractive Incentives (based on performance)
