Role Description The Recruitment Specialist at Nabo.E will manage end-to-end hiring processes for various roles, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. This full-time, on-site position in Hyderabad involves sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating and conducting interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements. The specialist will maintain talent pipelines, support onboarding and training coordination, and update recruitment metrics and reports. The role also includes collaborating with HR and leadership to refine recruitment strategies, promote employer branding, and ensure that hiring practices align with company values and legal requirements.
Qualifications
Strong recruiting and hiring skills, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
Proficiency in interviewing and candidate assessment, including structured and competency-based interviews.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
Experience in training coordination or supporting new hire onboarding and integration.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and basic HR tools or databases.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to fair, unbiased, and inclusive hiring practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; prior experience in tech or AI-focused companies is an advantage.
