Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in human resources is preferred.
Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and practices.
Proficient in using HR software and tools for record-keeping and reporting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
