Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales channels and ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product catalog management, marketplace operations and online sales while contributing to the growth of our digital business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across online marketplaces and the company website.
- Create, update and maintain product catalogs with accurate information and images.
- Upload new products and ensure all listings remain accurate and up to date.
- Monitor inventory, pricing and product availability.
- Coordinate with internal teams for new product launches and catalog updates.
- Resolve listing, catalog and order-related issues.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Maintain marketplace standards and ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and online sales.
- Stay updated with e-commerce trends and marketplace best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
- Experience working with major online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of product listing, catalog management and marketplace operations.
- Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the skincare, cosmetics, beauty or personal care industry is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of marketplace promotions, online merchandising and sales analysis will be an added advantage.

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays working every month)
