Customer Service:-
· Provide customer service by being up-to-date with latest fashion trends while maintaining a timeless knowledge of fashion principles.
· Build good rapport with customers in order to generate loyal customers.
Increase Sales:-
· Accountable for achievement of individual sales target and daily tasks assigned.
· Responsible for securing and growing client base through generating or pursuing leads.
· Upselling and focus on basic KPI's ensuring increased overall customer satisfaction and store profitability.
Floor Engagement & Visual Merchandising:-
· Replenishment (tables, racks, shelves, walls) as per the brands standards on color blocking, size, styles etc along with continuous maintenance of Visual Merchandising & Hygiene Standards.
· Liaise with our tailors to fix individual customer issues.
· Keeping track of stock moment.
· Global counting on daily basis.
· Maintaining Grooming standards and behavior in up keeping the image of the store.
· Maintain good positivity on floor and cordial relationship with colleagues and superior.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Min Qualifying Age 18 Years of Age and above
Minimum Qualifying Education Xth Pass
Languages:- Local Language, English or Hindi
Computing Systems Knowledge Preferred.
Minimum Experience Required 1 to 5yrs

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
