Job Description
The Electrician cum Maintenance Executive (MEP) will be responsible for handling electrical, Minor plumbing, and general maintenance activities across showroom The role involves installation, servicing, and repair of equipment and infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical maintenance, wiring, and troubleshooting of systems.
- Handle plumbing works including repairs and installations.
- Manage AC installation, servicing, and basic troubleshooting.
- Install and maintain CCTV systems and surveillance equipment.
- Coordinate door fittings, locks, and minor carpentry work.
- Execute minor civil maintenance works such as patchwork and basic repairs.
- Support network and system-related basic maintenance (cabling, connections, coordination with IT team).
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed within timelines.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service records properly.
- Follow safety standards and company SOPs during all maintenance activities.
Job Specification
Education:
- ITI /NCVT/ Diploma in Electrical or Experience in the relevant field
Experience:
- 2 – 10 years of experience in MEP maintenance / electrical maintenance
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, AC systems, and CCTV installation
- Experience in general maintenance (civil, carpentry, fittings)
- Understanding of MEP maintenance practices
- Ability to handle multiple maintenance tasks independently
- Basic knowledge of network cabling and system support
- Problem-solving skills and hands-on technical ability
Salary Range
₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and skill set)
