We are a growing e-commerce services company managing online sales across multiple marketplaces. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to support our online operations and grow with our team.
Job Responsibilities
Manage product listings on online marketplaces
Update product information, pricing, and inventory
Monitor orders, returns, and customer queries
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Maintain accurate records and reports
Assist with marketplace promotions and sales activities
Support daily e-commerce operations across multiple platforms
Requirements
Good computer skills and familiarity with internet applications
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
Ability to learn new software and processes quickly
Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks
Experience
Previous e-commerce experience is welcome but not required
Freshers are encouraged to apply
Training will be provided to candidates who demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
