Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Auditors for EM Primary Care and Lab Coding. The candidate should have strong auditing experience, in-depth coding knowledge, and the ability to ensure high-quality and compliant coding practices.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 4 years of Medical Coding experience
- Minimum 1 year of Auditing experience in EM Primary Care or Lab Coding
- Active certification required: CPC / COC / CCS-P
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct coding audits and provide feedback to coders
- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with guidelines
- Review medical records for correct coding and documentation
- Raise queries for incomplete or unclear documentation
- Identify errors and suggest improvements
- Maintain quality and productivity targets
