We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Pharmacist to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medicines accurately as per doctor's prescriptions.
- Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, precautions, and storage.
- Verify prescriptions for dosage, interactions, and contraindications.
- Maintain pharmacy inventory, stock levels, batch records, and expiry tracking.
- Coordinate procurement of medicines and medical consumables.
- Monitor refrigerator temperatures and maintain cold-chain products.
- Maintain statutory pharmacy records and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support doctors and nursing staff by ensuring timely availability of medicines and consumables.
- Manage nutraceuticals, aesthetic products, and specialty medications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy.
- Participate in periodic stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
Eligibility
- B.Pharm or D.Pharm.
- Registered with the Tamil Nadu Pharmacy Council (valid registration).
- Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience (hospital or clinic experience preferred).
- Freshers with strong academic background and willingness to learn may also apply.
Preferred Skills
- Good communication and patient counseling skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and pharmacy software.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
