Job Description: Lab Technician
Position: Lab Technician
Location: Zenlife Healthcare
Department: Laboratory / Diagnostics
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood and other samples from patients following proper procedures
- Perform routine laboratory tests (hematology, biochemistry, serology, etc.)
- Ensure accurate labeling, handling, and processing of samples
- Maintain proper records of tests conducted and reports generated
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols
- Coordinate with front office for patient details and report delivery
- Ensure timely reporting of test results to patients/management
- Manage inventory of lab reagents, kits, and consumables
- Assist in home sample collection if required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab area
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualification: DMLT / BMLT or equivalent
- Knowledge of basic laboratory procedures and equipment handling
- Good understanding of safety and hygiene standards
- Basic computer knowledge for report entry and data management
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Experience:
- 0–2 years (Freshers can apply; experienced candidates preferred)

Pay: From ₹9,000.00 per month
