Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
Maintain accurate guest records and update reservation systems.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments regarding room status and guest requests.
Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Process billing, payments, and prepare invoices.
Provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Ensure adherence to resort policies, procedures, and service standards.
Assist in upselling rooms, packages, and resort services.
