Experience: 3–5 Years
CTC: ₹6 LPA – ₹8.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Appoint and onboard distributors & wholesalers in assigned territories
Drive market expansion and develop new geographies
Ensure distributor activation and sales growth
Manage primary & secondary sales performance
Build and maintain strong channel partner relationships
Conduct market mapping, negotiations, and business development activities
Candidate Profile:
3–5 years of FMCG/Beverage sales experience
Strong experience in distributor appointment and territory expansion
Understanding of trade dynamics, ROI, and working capital
Knowledge of DMS/SFA tools preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
