Looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
- Schedule meetings and manage appointment calendars.
- Maintain the reception area and meeting spaces.
- Coordinate with internal teams for visitor management and office communication.
- Handle courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and office records.
- Assist with basic administrative and office support tasks.
- Maintain attendance records and support day-to-day office operations.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or in a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Well-groomed, organized, and customer-friendly personality.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
