Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media & Lead Generation Executive with experience in the travel domain. The candidate will be responsible for handling all company social media platforms, creating engaging content, generating quality leads, and supporting the overall digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and handle all company social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, banners, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop content related to holiday packages, travel offers, destinations, customer testimonials, and travel trends.
- Generate high-quality leads through social media campaigns, paid promotions, and organic marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper lead flow and follow-up.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and lead conversion metrics.
- Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, travel industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Manage basic paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other digital platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in social media management and lead generation.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Understanding of paid ads and organic growth strategies.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced travel sales environment.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Experience in travel, tourism, or holiday package industry will be highly preferred.
