We are looking for an energetic and technically sound Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our business in engineering castings, forgings, and machined components. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, handling techno-commercial discussions, and achieving sales growth targets.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both factory-floor engineering discussions and customer-facing business development.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new customers for castings, forgings, and machined components.
- Generate RFQs and business inquiries from OEMs and industrial buyers.
- Prepare quotations and conduct techno-commercial negotiations.
- Convert inquiries into successful business orders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Promote company products and manufacturing capabilities in domestic and industrial markets.
- Conduct customer visits and product presentations.
- Participate in industrial exhibitions, vendor development programs, and trade fairs.
- Study market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Support online and offline marketing initiatives.
Technical Coordination
- Understand engineering drawings, machining tolerances, and component specifications.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams for timely execution.
- Handle customer queries, technical clarifications, and complaint resolution.
- Support new product development and vendor approvals.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
