We are looking for responsible Helpers to join our Interior & Modular Kitchen Manufacturing Division. Candidates with experience in packing, material handling, loading & unloading, factory support, and site assistance are encouraged to apply.

Role Definition
The Helper will be responsible for supporting factory operations, packing activities, material movement, loading & unloading, and assisting supervisors and workers in day-to-day manufacturing and site activities. The role requires physical work, teamwork, and maintaining workplace discipline and safety.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in packing finished materials safely and properly.
2. Support loading and unloading of materials from vehicles.
3. Handle materials carefully to avoid damages during movement and dispatch.
4. Assist factory and warehouse teams in daily operational activities.
5. Arrange materials and tools as per production and delivery requirements.
6. Support carpenters, supervisors, and installation teams whenever required.
7. Maintain cleanliness and safety in factory and work areas.
8. Assist in shifting materials between factory, warehouse, and site locations.
9. Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks on time.
10. Support day-to-day interior and modular kitchen manufacturing activities.
Skills Required
- Basic experience in packing, loading & unloading, or helper activities preferred.
- Ability to handle physical work and material movement.
- Teamwork and coordination skills.
- Punctual and responsible work attitude.
- Willingness to learn and support multiple activities.
