Position: Digital Growth & Social Media Manager
Leroc is looking for a creative and self-driven Digital Growth & Social Media Manager to join our team.

What you’ll do:
- Manage and grow Leroc’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Plan and execute SEO-led content strategies to improve digital visibility
- Create engaging posts, captions, reels ideas, campaign concepts, and project highlights
- Track performance using insights, analytics, and SEO tools
- Stay ahead of trends and experiment with fresh content formats
- Build meaningful online engagement and strengthen Leroc’s brand presence.
Who we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in social media, SEO, content, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, SEO, and analytics
- Good writing skills with a creative eye for storytelling
- Basic design knowledge using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar tools
- Someone who is creative, trend-savvy, analytical, and ready to take ownership.
This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of our social media presence and support our digital growth through SEO, content strategy, community engagement, and performance-driven marketing.
