Role: Telecaller – Agriculture Drone Sales
A Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential customers through phone calls, generating sales leads, explaining agriculture spray drones, following up with interested customers, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers.

Responsibility & Deliverable:
● Make outbound calls to farmers, dealers, distributors, and potential customers to generate sales leads.
● Explain the features, benefits, applications, and basic pricing of agriculture spray drones.
● Follow up with interested customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
● Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team and maintain proper lead records.
● Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling, lead generation, and performance targets.
Skills Required:
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong telecalling, convincing, and customer handling skills.
● Good follow-up skills and ability to generate qualified leads.
● Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel.
● Knowledge of Kannada, English, and Hindi is an advantage.
Knowledge Required:
● Basic knowledge of telecalling, sales, and marketing.
● Basic understanding of agriculture and farming practices.
● Interest in drones, agriculture technology, and modern farming solutions.
● Basic knowledge of agriculture spray drones and their applications is an advantage.
● Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
Qualifications & Experience:
● Minimum qualification: SSLC / PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate or equivalent qualification.
● Freshers can also apply.
● Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or sales is preferred.
● Experience in agriculture, sales, or drone-related industries is an added advantage.
● Candidates with good communication skills and an interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mysuru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
