Job Description
Looking for an experienced and proactive Accounts Manager to lead our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting expertise, team management skills, and hands-on experience in taxation, reporting, audits, and financial closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Accounts Executives.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, invoice processing, and ledger management.
- Manage monthly and annual financial closures.
- Prepare and finalize P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, TCS, and PT compliance.
- Handle statutory, internal, and stock audits.
- Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and working capital limits.
- Develop and present profitability, cost analysis, and budget variance reports.
- Implement SOPs and internal controls to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) – Mandatory
- CA Inter / ICWA Inter – Preferred
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of core accounting experience.
- At least 2 years of team handling or supervisory experience.
- Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, or Rice Industry preferred.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime.
- Expert-level MS Excel skills (Formulas, Macros, Power Query, Dashboards).
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, and PT regulations.
- Financial reporting and MIS preparation.
- Audit and compliance management.
