Job Description – Vice President (Operations)Position
Reports To: Managing Director
Role Summary
The Vice President (Operations) is responsible for leading and overseeing the overall business operations of the organization. This role provides strategic direction and operational leadership across Sales, Projects, CRM, Marketing, Finance & Accounts, Human Resources, Purchase, Administration, and Facility Management to ensure business objectives, profitability, and customer satisfaction are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute organizational strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Support the Managing Director in business planning and decision-making.
- Drive organizational growth, operational excellence, and profitability.
- Supervise and monitor the performance of all department heads.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, CRM, Civil Projects, Finance, HR, Purchase, Marketing, and Administration.
- Review departmental KPIs and business performance regularly.
- Identify growth opportunities and expansion strategies.
- Improve operational efficiency and cost optimization.
- Drive process improvements across all functions.
- Review departmental budgets and expenses.
- Monitor profitability, cash flow, and financial performance.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Mentor department heads and senior managers.
- Build a high-performance culture.
- Drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure statutory, legal, and regulatory compliance.
- Review organizational policies and SOPs.
- Minimize operational risks.
- Present monthly business reports and MIS to the Managing Director.
- Review project progress, sales performance, collections, recruitment, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM / Engineering or equivalent.
- 15–20 years of experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure.
- Minimum 8–10 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong business acumen and leadership capabilities.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
