- Identify, acquire, and onboard premium digital publishers across web, mobile web, apps, and CTV.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers to maximize revenue and long-term engagement.
- Develop and execute publisher acquisition strategies to expand the company's inventory.
- Understand publisher monetization challenges and recommend suitable AdTech solutions.
- Coordinate with Ad Operations and Technical teams to ensure smooth integration and onboarding.
- Monitor publisher performance, revenue, fill rates, and optimization opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms with publishers.
- Collaborate with Demand, Product, and Marketing teams to improve publisher performance.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging monetization opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on publisher pipeline, onboarding status, and revenue performance.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
