Key Accountabilities -
1. Content Strategy Development
Develop and execute content strategies that align with the company’s marketing goals and target audience.
Ensure all content is consistent with the brand’s voice, messaging, and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product launches, campaigns, and events.
2. Creative Leadership
Lead content creation for a variety of formats, including articles, videos, social media posts, newsletters, and other content.
Inspire the content team to push creative boundaries while adhering to brand guidelines.
Mentor team members and ensure high-quality content delivery.
3. Campaign Management
Develop and manage content campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring they meet deadlines and KPIs.
Work with the digital marketing team to ensure content is optimized for each platform.
Track and analyze content performance, making adjustments as needed for maximum impact.
4. Audience Engagement
Monitor audience feedback and content engagement across platforms, adapting strategies accordingly.
Engage with followers and stakeholders to create conversations around content.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
Serve as the primary point of contact for content initiatives with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Collaborate with the product, sales, and PR teams to incorporate content into broader marketing efforts.
Experience -
3+ years of experience in content marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
Proven track record in managing content across digital platforms.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
Experience in digital marketing or communication, preferably within an agency or brand team.
Skills -
Expertise in creating high-quality written, video, and multimedia content across different channels.
Experience with platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar tools to publish content.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and the ability to adapt content strategies to each.
Proficiency in SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
Experience with Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, and similar tools for performance tracking.
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
