Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Plant Head to lead and manage the overall operations of our Plastic Injection Molding manufacturing facility in Dahej, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production, quality, maintenance, safety, manpower management, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete plant operations and manufacturing activities.
- Manage Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Safety functions.
- Drive productivity improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business targets.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory standards.
- Monitor plant performance and implement continuous improvement practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Plant Head, Operations Head, or Manufacturing Head.
- Mandatory experience in Plastic Injection Molding industry.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety standards.
