Job Summary
Quadrantech is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Process Associates to join our Healthcare Operations team supporting Pet Insurance Claims Processing.
As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for reviewing claim-related information, verifying documentation, communicating with stakeholders through email, and processing claims accurately while adhering to established guidelines. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and process pet insurance claims as per company guidelines.
- Verify claim documents, invoices, and medical records for completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate professionally via email with policyholders, veterinary clinics, and internal teams.
- Update claim information in internal systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Learn and follow company processes and compliance requirements.
- Participate in training and continuous learning initiatives.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline)
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience may also apply.

- Basic computer knowledge

- Typing speed of 30–40 WPM
