Post:- Die Design Engineer
Job Description:-
1. Create 3D models of aluminium extrusion dies using Autodesk PowerShape.
2. Develop solid, hollow, and semi-hollow extrusion die designs based on customer
profile drawings.
3. Prepare die assemblies, mandrels, die plates, backers, bolsters, and support tooling.
4. Modify existing die designs to improve profile quality and die life.
5. Coordinate with tool room, VMC operators, EDM operators, and die makers.
6. Prepare electrode designs and machining drawings for EDM operations.
7. Strong knowledge of Autodesk PowerShape.
8. Familiarity with extrusion die manufacturing processes.
Qualification:-
1. Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Tool Engineering, Tool & Die
Making.
2. Certification in CAD/CAM (PowerShape, PowerMill) preferred.
Salary Range:-
Rs. 25000/- To 30000/-
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
