As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and responsible HR & Operations Coordinator who can build strong staffing systems, improve employee retention, standardize onboarding and training processes, and support smooth branch operations.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
* Handle end-to-end recruitment for nurses, caregivers, housekeeping staff, kitchen staff, managers, and support staff
* Post job openings on hiring platforms and manage candidate pipelines
* Screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate trial shifts, and finalize suitable candidates
* Maintain a backup database of staff for urgent replacement requirements
* Coordinate joining formalities and employee documentation
Employee Onboarding & Training
* Develop and implement standardized onboarding procedures for all new employees
* Train new staff on company policies, hygiene standards, resident care expectations, emergency procedures, and branch protocols
* Ensure employees understand their responsibilities clearly before deployment
* Coordinate periodic staff training sessions and refresher programs
Employee Retention & HR Management
* Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and performance
* Address staff concerns and improve employee satisfaction and retention
* Reduce employee attrition through better engagement and structured HR practices
* Conduct exit interviews and analyze reasons for employee turnover
* Ensure discipline, professionalism, and adherence to company standards across branches
Process & System Development
* Create and maintain HR SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
* Implement proper joining, resignation, notice period, and replacement processes
* Develop systems to reduce sudden absenteeism and unplanned staff exits
* Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance reports, and HR documentation
* Coordinate with branch managers to ensure smooth staffing operations
Coordination & Reporting
* Work closely with management and branch managers for staffing and operational support
* Provide regular updates regarding recruitment, staffing gaps, attrition, and employee performance
* Help build a stable, process-driven work culture across all branches

Requirements
* Experience in HR, recruitment, healthcare operations, hospitality HR, or staff management
* Strong communication and people management skills
* Ability to handle hiring for multiple branches simultaneously
* Organized, disciplined, and process-oriented
* Comfortable handling both field coordination and office work
* Experience in healthcare, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living, or hospitality will be preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
