Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and execute civil works for ground-mounted solar projects.
- Conduct site surveys, topographical assessments, and soil investigations.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and material requirements.
- Review and interpret civil drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project execution teams.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site workforce.
- Track material consumption and control project costs.
- Prepare project reports, measurement sheets, and billing documents.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3–6 years of experience in civil execution, preferably in Solar EPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and cost control.
- Experience in foundations, RCC works, drainage systems, roads, and infrastructure works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites across Tamil Nadu.
Pay: ₹10,775.88 - ₹30,991.13 per month
