This is a blended role combining online lead management for our standard catalogue with digital marketing to grow Regent Plast's visibility and inbound enquiry volume. The candidate will be the first point of contact for all digital leads and will simultaneously manage our online brand presence.
A. Inside Sales & Lead Management:
- Manage and respond to all inbound enquiries from Indiamart, TradeIndia, company website, and other B2B digital platforms — target response within 2 hours of enquiry receipt
- Understand customer requirements (product type, size, colour, quantity, timeline) and match to Regent Plast's existing open item catalogue
- Provide accurate product information, standard pricing, MOQs, and lead times for catalogue items
- Qualify and convert leads: move prospects from enquiry → quotation → order for standard/open items; hand off to the field sales team for custom/new mould requirements
- Maintain disciplined follow-up cadence (call + email + WhatsApp) until each enquiry is resolved — converted, handed off, or closed
- Coordinate with internal teams (factory, dispatch, accounts) to confirm stock, production slots, and delivery timelines
- Maintain complete records of all leads, interactions, and pipeline status in CRM
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on lead volume, response rates, conversion, and platform performance
B. Digital Marketing & Online Presence:
- Manage and optimise Regent Plast's product listings on Indiamart, TradeIndia, and other B2B platforms — accurate specs, images, pricing, MOQs, and search keywords
- Manage the company's social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp Business) — regular product posts, application stories, and packaging showcases
- Create simple but professional content using Canva or similar tools — product images, promotional posts, short product explainers
- Run WhatsApp broadcast campaigns to existing and prospective clients for new products, promotions, and seasonal offers
- Support email campaigns for lead nurturing and client communication
- Flag recurring enquiry patterns (frequently requested products not in catalogue) to the field sales and product teams
- Track and report on digital engagement metrics monthly
