Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing activities to promote the hospital's services, increase patient footfall, build relationships with doctors and corporate clients, and enhance the organization's brand image.
Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Marketing
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Promote hospital services to referring doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Identify new business opportunities and referral sources.
- Conduct regular field visits to doctors, corporates, industries, and healthcare centers.
- Increase patient referrals and hospital occupancy.
2. Brand Management
- Maintain and enhance the hospital's brand image.
- Coordinate advertising, promotional campaigns, and awareness programs.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials.
3. Digital Marketing
- Manage hospital website and social media platforms.
- Coordinate online marketing campaigns.
- Monitor online reviews and patient feedback.
- Generate digital leads and improve online visibility.
4. Corporate Relations
- Establish and maintain relationships with corporate organizations.
- Coordinate corporate health check-up programs.
- Develop partnerships with insurance companies, TPAs, and government agencies.
5. Community Outreach
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, and community events.
- Coordinate public health education initiatives.
- Represent the hospital at healthcare exhibitions and conferences.
6. Market Research
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Conduct patient satisfaction and feedback surveys.
- Prepare market intelligence reports.
7. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare monthly marketing reports.
- Track marketing performance and return on investment (ROI).
- Maintain records of marketing activities and business leads.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- 3–7 years of marketing experience.
- Hospital or healthcare marketing experience preferred.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital services.
- Digital marketing and social media management skills.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

NABH-Related Responsibilities:
- Support NABH standards related to patient education and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure ethical marketing practices.
- Assist in organizing community awareness and health promotion activities as per NABH requirements.
Working Hours: As per hospital policy.
Location: Hospital Premises and Field Marketing Activities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
