Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and guest-oriented Waiter / F&B Service Associate to join our dining team. In this role, you will be the face of our food and beverage department, ensuring that our guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will be courteous, attentive, and efficient, with a strong commitment to hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Welcome and seat guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions about food items, ingredients, and daily specials.
- Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen staff using the hotel's order system.
- Food Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly and at the correct temperature, ensuring beautiful table presentation.
- Table Maintenance: Clear tables, clean dining areas, reset tables with clean linen and cutlery, and maintain general restaurant cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Billing & Checkouts: Prepare accurate guest bills, process payments securely (cash, card, or room charge), and thank guests for their visit.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent. A Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality is highly preferred and will be given an advantage.
- Experience: Previous experience as a waiter or server in a hotel, restaurant, or banquet setting is preferred, but freshers with a strong learning attitude are welcome to apply.
- Language Skills: Good communication skills in English; ability to speak local languages is a strong advantage for interacting with guests.
- Attributes: A warm and smiling personality, excellent grooming standards, physical stamina to stand and walk for long hours, and a great team player attitude.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
