Job Summary
Memories – The Stone Artist & Landscaper is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and result-oriented Sales Supervisor for Shop to lead sales operations, customer coordination, and business development activities for our premium stone products, landscaping solutions, and project sales.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales leadership abilities, and the capability to coordinate with customers, project teams, and management for smooth execution of sales and project-related activities.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Management
- Handle showroom, counter, and project sales enquiries professionally.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Follow up enquiries, quotations, and customer approvals to achieve sales closure.
- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and project updates.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Promote company products including:
- Stone articles
- Landscaping products
- Kalvilakku
- Pergolas
- Stone benches, tables, swings, sculptures, etc.
- Support digital marketing and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with architects, builders, contractors, and resort clients.
Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate with stock control, procurement, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure proper invoicing and documentation for sales and deliveries.
- Monitor material availability and coordinate urgent procurement requirements.
- Support project material mobilization and customer site coordination when required.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Maintain customer database and follow-up records.
- Update management on sales performance, pending enquiries, and customer feedback.
Authorities
- Coordinate and recommend sales quotations for management approval.
- Communicate with customers on behalf of the company regarding approved products, pricing, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of confirmed orders.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate / Diploma preferred
- Experience in sales, showroom operations, construction materials, landscaping, or related fields will be an advantage.
- 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler license preferred
