As an Agri Advisor, you will guide farmers with the right agricultural solutions, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth. This role offers hands-on learning, professional training, attractive incentives, and excellent career growth opportunities for both freshers and experienced candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with farmers, dealers, and retailers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
- Recommend suitable agricultural products based on crop requirements
- Anticipate customer needs across crop lifecycles and offer proactive solutions
- Convert leads into successful sales through strong value-based communication
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business
- Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
