- Guest Services & Interaction: Welcoming guests, handling check-ins/check-outs, and managing room assignments.
- Reservations Management: Processing bookings, cancellations, and modifications using Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Communication & Inquiries: Answering phone calls, emails, and in-person queries efficiently.
- Cashiering & Financials: Processing payments, managing cash floats, and posting charges to guest accounts.
- Operational Coordination: Acting as a liaison with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and maintenance requests.
- Problem Resolution: Addressing guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
