Job Description
1. Financial Reporting & Finalization: Lead month-end and year-end closures, and prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with Companies Act.
2. Taxation & Compliance: Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including corporate tax returns, advance tax computation, Transfer Pricing, and GST filings (e.g., GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
3. Audit Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Statutory, Internal, and Tax Auditors. Prepare and review Tax Audit reports
4. ROC Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to the Companies Act, including filing annual returns (MGT-7, AOC-4) with the Registrar of Companies (ROC)
5. Cost Control: Run variance analysis on budgets versus actual spend to optimize operational costs.
6. MIS & Budgeting: Develop financial models, prepare budgets, variance analysis, and monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to guide business strategy
7. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor junior accountants and assistants within the finance department
8. System Implementation: Oversee ERP implementations and streamline accounting workflows to improve internal controls.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- Designation: Manager - Finance & Accounts
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Indian Direct/Indirect taxation, Companies Act, and Accounting Standards. Proficiency in Tally Prime, Excel and other related software.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent stakeholder management, and robust problem-solving capabilities
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
