Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary engine driving our client acquisition strategy. You will connect with high-intent leads, consult them on global residency and citizenship pathways, and coordinate with our international network of vetted legal and relocation partners.
The ideal candidate possesses a mix of consultative sales acumen, client service excellence, and a solid understanding of the international immigration ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
· Consultative Sales & Advisory: Conduct deep-dive discovery consultations with prospects to assess eligibility for various global mobility, digital nomad, and investor residency programs.
· Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales funnel—from qualifying inbound marketing leads to mapping out tailored structural pathways and closing premium advisory mandates.
· B2B Partnership Development: Identify, pitch, and onboard strategic channel partners (e.g., luxury wealth managers, corporate tax consultants, real estate brokers) to establish sustainable referral channels.
· Client Coordination: Act as the trusted liaison between clients and our global network of localized partners to ensure documentation, initial legal briefings, and onboarding align perfectly with firm standards.
· Market Insight: Stay up to date on rapidly shifting global immigration frameworks, visa requirements, and cross-border financial compliance trends to maintain absolute authority during client interactions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
· Experience: 2–5 years of proven success in sales, account management, or business development—ideally within B2C advisory services or premium consultative industries.
· Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or a solid technical understanding of the global immigration/mobility industry (visas, residency-by-investment, or corporate relocation) is highly desirable.
· Communication Mastery: Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
· Tech Savvy: Comfort navigating CRM systems, pipeline tracking tools, and digital document workflows to ensure data-driven efficiency across the entire sales lifecycle.
· Mindset: A sophisticated, professional presentation manner with a highly disciplined approach to client confidentiality and detail orientation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
