We are seeking a business growth intern to assist in lead generation, client outreach, and business development efforts. This role offers valuable experience in business strategies and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and connect with potential clients, corporate partners, and key stakeholders to create new business opportunities.
2. Support the planning and execution of sales initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and expanding the company's client base.
3. Participate in client interactions, presentations, and pitches to effectively communicate our services and build strong business relationships.
4. Assist in commercial discussions, proposal development, and contract negotiations to help convert opportunities into successful partnerships.
5. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and encouraging repeat business and referrals.
6. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to contribute valuable market intelligence.
7. Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Creative teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of projects and events.
8. Maintain CRM records, track sales performance metrics, and contribute to regular business growth reports.
9. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities while building meaningful professional connections.

Eligiblity criteria and skills:
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months of work experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Minimum 60% or above in 12th Standard
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of sales and CRM tools.
