Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily store operations including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
- Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock movement.
- Prepare and update inventory reports using Advanced MS Excel.
- Ensure proper implementation of inventory management methods such as FIFO (First In First Out) and LIFO (Last In First Out).
- Maintain stock registers, bin cards, and inventory documentation accurately.
- Assist in preparation of GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and material issue records.
- Conduct regular stock verification and support inventory reconciliation activities.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and dispatch departments for smooth material flow.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock MIS reports.
- Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and organization of materials in the store area.
- Support senior store staff in maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data management.
- Good understanding of FIFO and LIFO inventory systems.
- Basic knowledge of store and inventory management processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Candidates must have good practical knowledge of Advanced Excel functions and reporting.

- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to handle operational store activities if required.
Note: Preference will be given to candidates with strong Excel skills and basic understanding of store/inventory operations in FMCG or manufacturing industries.
