Position Title: Software Implementation & Training Intern
Department: Operations / Customer Support

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in software onboarding for new clients.
- Support after-sales activities, including basic client queries and coordination.
- Conduct software training sessions for clients (online and on-site).
- Visit client locations for software installation, onboarding, and training when required.
- Help clients understand software features, workflows, and usage.
- Coordinate with the internal technical team for issue resolution.
- Prepare basic training materials, user guides, and reports if required.
- Maintain professional communication with clients at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of software applications or IT systems.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations for training purposes.
- Ability to learn software quickly and explain it clearly to clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
