We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Civil Site Supervisor to join our construction team. Whether you're a seasoned professional or a fresher eager to learn, this role offers hands on experience in managing site operations, ensuring quality control, and contributing to impactful projects across Kerala.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily site activities and coordinating with labor teams
- Monitor progress and ensure work aligns with project plans and safety standards
- Support in interpreting construction drawings and specifications
- Maintain site documentation and daily reports
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Learn and apply construction best practices under senior guidance
Qualifications
- ITI, Diploma or B.tech in Civil Engineering or related field
- Freshers with strong academic background and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to read technical drawings (training will be provided if needed)
- Familiarity with basic construction tools and safety protocols is a plus
