Job Description
Hindustan Enterprises is looking for a responsible and energetic Dispatch & Warehouse Operations Incharge to manage the day-to-day warehouse and dispatch operations at our Sabbavaram Factory.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, capable of leading a team, maintaining discipline, ensuring timely dispatches, and keeping warehouse operations organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise loading and unloading activities.
- Ensure correct dispatch of materials as per invoices.
- Monitor incoming materials and stock movement.
- Maintain warehouse inventory and stock records.
- Coordinate with the sales, billing, and transport teams.
- Guide and manage loading staff for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of products.
- Verify quantities before dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety inside the warehouse.
- Monitor daily dispatch schedules and vehicle movements.
- Report stock shortages or operational issues to management.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in warehouse, dispatch, logistics, or factory operations.
- Ability to lead a team of workers.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel is an advantage).
- Responsible, disciplined, and physically active.
Preferred Experience
Experience in building materials, pipes, plumbing products, hardware, cement, steel, FMCG, or manufacturing industries will be preferred.
Salary
₹10,000 - ₹20,000
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
