Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Block Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage distributor networks, and expand business in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets in the assigned area
Develop and manage distributor and retailer networks
Identify new business opportunities
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
Manage and guide the sales team
Maintain daily/weekly sales reports
Build strong customer relationships
Requirements:
Graduate (MBA preferred)
2–5 years of field sales experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented mindset
Two-wheeler is mandatory
