We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist with the implementation and support of our ERP software solutions for schools and educational institutions. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who enjoy interacting with clients, solving problems, and helping users successfully adopt software solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Onboarding & Implementation
- Assist in the implementation and setup of ERP software for schools and colleges.
- Configure modules, workflows, user roles, and access permissions based on client requirements.
- Support project planning, timelines, and implementation milestones.
- Coordinate testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering
- Communicate with school administrators and stakeholders to understand their operational requirements.
- Document business processes and map them to software functionalities.
- Provide regular updates to clients during the implementation process.
Data Migration & Validation
- Import and validate student, staff, academic, attendance, and fee data.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies during migration.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness before go-live.
Training & Documentation
- Conduct training sessions for administrators, teachers, and staff.
- Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and client sign-off.
Issue Resolution & Coordination
- Work closely with Development, QA, and Support teams to resolve issues.
- Log and track bugs, enhancement requests, and configuration changes.
- Follow up to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
Post-Go-Live Support
- Provide support during the stabilization period after implementation.
- Ensure a smooth handover to the ongoing support team.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, MCA, or related field.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in customer support, software implementation, or technical support.
- Freshers with strong communication and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and data handling.
- Basic understanding of SQL is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work directly with clients.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to ERP, School Management, or SaaS applications.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into system configurations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
