Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic AI Project Coordinator Trainee to support project execution, client coordination, and AI-driven content creation initiatives. This role is ideal for fresh graduates interested in working with AI tools, Python, project management, presentation development, and client-facing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and managing project activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide project updates.
- Utilize AI tools for research, content creation, automation, and productivity enhancement.
- Create AI-generated images, visual assets, and supporting project materials.
- Prepare professional presentations, reports, proposals, and documentation.
- Support project planning, task tracking, and status reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in developing basic Python scripts and automation tasks when required.
- Maintain project records, meeting notes, and client communications.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Python programming.
- Good understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
- Strong presentation creation skills using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva.
- Familiarity with AI image generation tools and prompt writing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Eagerness to learn project management and emerging AI technologies.
