Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Operations Executive to manage day-to-day field operations related to vending machines. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely machine refilling, coordinating with technicians and ground staff, maintaining inventory flow, and ensuring smooth operational activities across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily operations of vending machines across locations
- Coordinate with field staff, technicians, and warehouse teams
- Ensure timely machine refilling and stock availability
- Track machine performance and resolve operational issues
- Maintain inventory records and stock movement reports
- Handle client coordination and support for operational concerns
- Ensure hygiene, maintenance, and proper functioning of machines
- Prepare daily operational reports and updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow execution
- Support new machine installations and operational setup
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of operations or field coordination experience preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and field teams
- Problem-solving and time management skills
- Willingness to travel for operational visits when required
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
