Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Marketing & Administrative Executive Trainee to support our marketing, client coordination, and administrative operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates looking to build a career in marketing and administration.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Contact prospective clients and schedule meetings.
- Meet clients directly, understand their requirements, and assist in converting leads into customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve business targets.
- Maintain client records and prepare follow-up reports.
Administration
- Assist with daily office administration and operational activities.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Support HR attendance and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain office schedules.
- Handle general office communication and correspondence.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Positive attitude and professional work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
