Job Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic manner.
- Assist customers with gaming station allocation, account creation, and session management.
- Explain membership plans, gaming packages, pricing, and ongoing offers.
- Operate and manage the gaming café software (complete training will be provided).
- Monitor customer sessions, bookings, and usage time.
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Provide basic customer support and ensure a smooth gaming experience.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to PCs, peripherals, and gaming setups (training will be provided).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of gaming stations and common areas.
- Help create a welcoming and energetic environment for gamers of all ages.
Who We're Looking For
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused individuals.
- Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Passion for gaming is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
