MTM College of Arts, Science & Commerce is inviting applications for the position of Swimming Pool Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for conducting swimming lessons, ensuring the safety of participants, and managing training sessions for college students and school students using the college swimming pool.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct swimming training for beginners and advanced learners.
- Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions.
- Teach proper swimming techniques and water safety practices.
- Maintain discipline and hygiene in and around the swimming pool.
- Assist in organizing swimming camps and competitions.
- Report any safety concerns or maintenance issues to the college.
- Maintain attendance records of trainees.
Requirements
- Certification in Swimming Coaching/Life Saving is preferred.
- Experience as a Swimming Trainer or Coach.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train students of different age groups.
- Knowledge of CPR and First Aid is an added advantage.
- Physically fit and responsible.
Pay: ₹13,553.11 - ₹34,485.19 per month
